Zambarau Apparel Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Zambarau piece. 💜
If it’s not quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

• Nairobi orders: Exchange within 1 day of purchase

• Outside Nairobi: Exchange within 2 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. You will also need to have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• We currently don’t offer refunds, but you can exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal value

Each Zambarau outfit is made and packed with care, so please return it in the same condition so another fashion lover can enjoy it too.
